Mostly female characters, but some of Amata's comments and some snotty npc remarks in vault 101 make me think Some girl Lone Wanderers prefer women. ...so, for the ones that do, I'd say Sydney may need a rescue from her sadness and alcoholism, or at least a sympathetic party friend. I tried to imagine my LLW hooked up with the Very Butch Star Palladin Cross, but Cross never talks about anything but "duty" and boring stuff like that, so I think she would have to go for Brick-- what a cute, good humored nutcase with her flattop hair and curvy-hipped battle armor. Or Karen Schenzy has a nice, tough, domestic air about her, too.

For ones that have an open preference, I'd say maybe Lucas Simms-- It'd be kind of nice to try to rebuild society by expanding the town. Or if sitting in one place was too boring, she might go for Crazy Wolfgang.

Kick the men out of "The Republic of Dave" and you have a ready made harem. And they (the women) seem to be OK with that
