I tried to rush a room, it failed, creatures got in and killed everyone, then got into every other room and killed everyone else... Like I said, whoops. Took all of a minute to lose what I'd spent all day getting right.

That would svck, sorry to hear that. I had one out of 26 people die so far. The only reason they died for me was that I didn't have someone with a weapon in the room. So after that happened I unequipped weapons and then gave them to at least 1 or two people per room. Remember Pregnant Women run when there is a disaster so if yours are pregnant unequip the weapon and give it to someone else.

I only had one weapon at the time, and the guy who had it killed a couple of the beasts but then died himself.

I noticed after posting that my one pregnant woman survived and this morning when I've just turned it on shes had a girl. I don't want to kill the vault off totally but no one else is showing up and I have something like 54 caps so it's looking pretty dire for the two of them

too bad you dont have a radio station.. looks like your out of luck.. i dont think its possible for any more to show up without making babies or radio station.. you get more up until a certain number but then they stop coming and your on your own to make more... though i dont understand how you can lose your entire base to radroaches... they arent all that difficult to beat.. even without weapons.

Didn't have enough people to have the radio station, the radroaches killed the room they started on then went back underground and up in another room, I was sending my guy with the gun to go help them out and they had wiped them out by the time he turned up and gone onto another room... Was carnage.

do you not have stimpacks? early on in the game radroaches are 0 threat.. they barely hurt at all.. later on in the game they become more of a threat but at that point im churning out a bunch of stimpacks.. im almost always at my stimpack limit so i can just keep healing them if they get hurt and get by even without any weapons (which is good cus the only person i have with a weapon is scribe rothchild and i have him out exploring almost constantly since hes level 25 now and so far no luck in finding any weapons.. tons of armor though but i havent equipted it on anybody yet)

Plus, some radroaches can massively spawn everywhere and kill 3-4 people of yours and poison everyone. I find that very imbalance.

that's how i lost my first vault. The second one almost died too except i managed to get a few guns around. Still ended up loosing 4 dwellers, but I figured it was part of the story, would have been 5 dwellers but I felt sorry for little Sarah Campbell and revived her father so she wouldn't be an orphan. The vault is struggling to keep up with resources at the moment though, trying to earn lunchboxes to get more people or resources.

I need help with this. So I lost most of everyone expect 2 people. I had to delete alot of rooms because only 2 people can work them. Everything is fine now, but no new people are coming into the vault. How do I rebuild the population. I have power, water, food, and room for new people, but nothing.

What happens if everyone died? Does the game end? Do you just have to start a fresh new one? Also how would you start a new game?

if they arent male and female and you dont have a radio station.. you lost the game.. start over... if you have a male and female send them to the living quarters to make babies.. new dwellers will not show up after the initial few everybody gets (you start with a few and a few more will show up over time up till 14 i believe) but then they will stop coming and you must rely on the radio station or pregnancy to get more.

Also to start a new game go to the main menu and press the vault list button and just make a new vault.

This exact thing happened to me today! Radroaches got in after a failed rush (it seems almost ALL my rushes fail btw, regardless of percentage). It svcks that they can wipe out almost everyone that fast. Not very fun...

radroaches grow more and more dangerous the more you play.. if your people arent well geared the radroaches can wipe you out later in the game.. early on you can rush without much challenge even with no gear but later on be very cautious of rushing if your not already in good shape.
