So why is there no deterioration tothe other buildings .Wind ? there is no such effect in this game didn't know i was playing flower.

There is wind. There was none in fallout 3. Ever see the sandstorms in new Vegas? That's wind.

Lol the strip is bombarded with sand storms and if it was wind why didn't it effect the other buildings on the strip and wear n tear doesn't just take a full room maybe a tornado but not wear and tear .

How did the Tops loose a large chunck i didnt see this. Plus that was probably from the years of wear and tear if there even is a chunck missing.

Building's that are actually maintained don't deteriorate, ones that arn't do.

The buildings inside the strip are refurbished and taken care of, freeside, nobody tries to maintain anything.

No, the reason no one maintains anything there is because there is virtually no reason for them to do so. No one would go there still when they can just go to the Strip, there are no attractions in Freeside even if the buildings look nice, it's like someone cleaning the road in a world where the trash has gathered for more than one hundred years, even if someone tries to clean it, it'll just get worse in a month.

I think it is, its right on the top right (?) corner. I think that the supports gave way and blam, it fell over.

If that was true, then the rest of the right side would be gone, but it's shelled out like a bomb explosion. Likely from that war that happened back when the Khans were on The Strip before House emerged.

well, apparently there is a lot less crime then their used to be, people get water, food, and it is relatively safe (it used to be much worse) I think the King and The Kings have done a pretty good job in only a few years.

NCR doesn't care about Freeside, the NCR Squatters are all lazy good for nothings that leech Freesides resources, NCR encourages them by giving them free food and drink, when they should be working.
