Delphine. People like to say Nazeem (and for good reason), but the thing about Nazeem is that he only really says 1 or 2 obnoxious remarks to the player albeit to ad nauseum, but you can kill Nazeem without the console or mods. He's also relegated to Whiterun and you can totally avoid him. Delphine? She's with you for the long haul should you want to do the main quest and it actually takes effort to kill her because of her essential status.

Serana: nagging non stop, you are forced to have her your party most of the DG quest,leaves piles of ash everywhere and that pisses me mor especially if i want to create a thrall . Dogs: including Barbas..they bark nonstop and get in your way.. aaaand of course Delphine..the worst! when i was playing on xbox i was so frustrated i couldn't kill her..now on PC...oh the joy

Braith, hands down. There is absolutely no recourse with her. So what she taunts us with is very true.

Hemming Black-Briar, the Jarl's son in Riften, Maven, Maul, Nazeem, Thonar Silver-Blood. Anuriel, and her foolish Jarl. Kjeld the Younger, and Kjeld the Senior. Heimskr, Karita in Dawnstar (she is a horrible singer, rather attractive though). Rolf Stone-Fist. Hermaeus Mora. Gisli with her constant grousing, Erikur, arrogant and despicable.

Are you hinting at Serana? She ties Delphine for my most hated, perhaps more so now that I think about because I'm only forced to deal with Delphines mouth for a few dialogue moments whereas I'm forced to have Serana tag along for entire quests, reanimating every damn thing I kill and saying "what do you need" every time I pause for a piss.

It just occurred to me that Barbas may be Bethesda's way of punishing us for all the times, in Oblivion, that we pushed that "most annoying character," the Adoring Fan, off Dive Rock.

There's no shortage of annoying characters in Skyrim. Delphine is on top of my list. Then there's Vigilant Tyranus, that pest who stands outside the abandoned house in Markarth and force-dialogs you EVERY SINGLE TIME YOU WALK BY. It's almost worth doing the Molag Bal thing just to get rid of him.
