Simple, really. What game(s) WOULD you have bought, but are NOT going to buy now because of Skyrim coming out 11/11/11?

For me its AC: Revelations. I'll still get it eventually, but it will be several months after release before I finish Ezio's journey.

None of the above. SWTOR tempted me for awhile, but I played the Beta and it's like every other MMO out there.

I'm only buying RAGE, Skyrim and Dark Souls this holiday, so none really.

I'm the ONLY PS3 owner in the universe who isn't buying Uncharted 3 at launch though it seems.

I would of bought SWTOR. But now that i have Skyrim to sink 500+ hours into I'll wait to play SWTOR. Anyways SWTOR like every other MMO on launch will be a mess. Hour long server queues, emergency downtime to patch critical bugs, server crashes, etc... I'd rather wait a month till everything calms down. If Diablo 3 comes out somewhere between January and March, I'll pass on SWTOR altogether.

Skyrim has stolen nothing. I plan on buying the same games that are coming out that I would have if Skyrim were not coming out. I plan on getting Forza 4, when it comes down in price. I plan on getting Assassin's Creed Revelations, when it comes down in price. Had Skyrim not come out, I would have bought the same games at the same time.

I love the Uncharted franchise but I just have to buy Skyrim. It looks too good to pass up.

I actually wasn't going to buy any other game, but I made an exeption for Skyrim and also for Saints Row the Third, it's going to be really interesting alternating between these two completely different games but I'm excited for both (Skyrim 100x more obviously).

None specifically. I'll look at my funds around November and at what other fun games come out. I like to switch games else it gets stale too fast.

I never had to choose one game over another. If a game is worthy of purchase I will buy it. I just don't feel games as being competitive against one another for sales from my own personal point of view. Developers harm themselves when they produce lackluster games more than other game series. For instance, I will never purchase another game from THQ for robbing me of money for purchasing Homefront. I haven't felt so jipped by a game in a long time with that purchase, and I wouldn't purchase any other game they ever produce in the future regardless of how good it looks.

Why the hell is MGS: Rising on the list? That game doesn't even have a release date yet!

Anyway, I would've bought Uncharted 3 on day one if Skyrim wasn't coming out, now it'll have to wait until next year.

What November game(s) would you have bought if Skyrim wasn't coming out?

LOTR: War in the North and Zelda: Skyward Sword.

None of the other games mentioned interest me.
