You beat them up in a fight, to the point where they kneel down, and say that you won and make clear they don't want to fight... And yet every time they stand back up and attack you, even if you do things like put away your weapon.

So far, the only NPCs ive ever seen do this are generic NPCs that have their race as their name. No one else does

Just pretend that they try to trick you into puting you weapon away so they get back up and try to kill you.

Don't forget that most npc's are brave as hell, even inexperienced elders, running up against dragons, clad in lower to medium class clothing with an iron dagger as their only means of attack.

How aren't there fat dragons with such easy meals?
