Why are Daedric items so 'powerful'?

Post » Sat Feb 19, 2011 3:09 am

I always thought that "glass" in Morrowind was actually a metal. Same with ebony.

I don't think that the glass bottles and the glass weaponry in the game are the same.

Ebony is metal.

Those glass bottles you see are probably made from less pure or refined sand.

So this makes Taiwanese and Chinese items the equivalent of Tamriel's iron equipment?

No, they're the unarmored skill: Broken.

Hm, I wonder, if I fused a daedric spirit into my Muatra, would it become stronger?

I wouldn't risk it.

On-topic, it's said that Madness Ore has spirits trapped in it, this may similarly be what makes madness weapons and armor potent.

You risk it losing all "potency" and possibly even falling off apart. I wouldn't try it.
