I've tried over and over, and I just can't seem to fix it.
I am putting together a building in the Wasteland cell BethRuinsNE. I completely removed a pre-set building that was only a decor and began constructing my own in its place with the BLDAngled objects. I had also used the BLD08ValksDoor, which I might have free-rotated and moved and definitely scaled. I had to alter the grid settings a few times (the objects were aligned to grid), and I think I always had the settings in powers of 2 (I meant to, at least). All was well, until I realized that one of the door parts was off in the z-axis. I tried to fix it, but it would not align. Then, I realized that the corners were off, all of them that is -- there is just a faint sliver (but obvious enough) of it not connecting to the attached wall pieces. Additionally, when looked at from one side, the BLDAngledCor01 piece has a square of brown that sticks out near the top, but it can't be seen on the other side (this is seen ingame too). Through some research, I noiticed that the entire building had pieces where it was not aligned in the z-axis, I think. So, I tried taking it down and building it again, where the pieces were all multiples of two in the axis, and still the corner pieces (all) do not align correctly, leaving the noticeable inconnection between it and the attached wall pieces. And, when trying to use the BLDAngled pre-set, even then its corner piece would do the same to the attached wall piece. I have tried reloading, going back to an ealier state of the mod, and so forth.
What am I doing wrong? XD.
I am new to exterior construction, where my only other experience is from the tutorial. And, I don't seem to have this problem with interiors.
Much appreciation!
