Why are humans fighting humans? : Crysis

I never played the original crysis trust me I bought it an can't run it on lowest settings. Who are these other guys fighting the marines in suits? Are they human they look like it. Or are they like the Combine in half life?

It's marines vs Crynet forces (CELL). Why would crynet want to kill the marines are they helping the aliens or some thing? I thought they gave them the suits.

I'm not really sure exactly how it goes, but I remember hearing that crynet did not want to sell nanosuit 2. So you have to infiltrate their labs and steal the suit.

CELL, Crynet and Marines I believe are teams you can play as in MP.

In terms of SP though, your character probably stole or squired the Nanosuit 2,and Crynet aren't happy with it. You help the Marines in NYC, and I heard that CELL are supposedly supporting you or are trying to kill you, but I'm not exactly sure about that.

I am pretty sure CryNet wants you taken down because the Nanosuit 2 has both human and alien technology in it... I think that throughout the story the Nanosuit causes Alcatraz to not exactly be human.

They are not fighting each other, CELL want's Alkatraz (The Protagonist) so they can take the suit back as he stole it from Crynet Systems.So it's a three way war.
Between Alcatraz & CELL, Alcatraz & The Alien Invasion, CELL & The Alien Invasion.That's as far as i am aware, i could be or definitely wrong.

For example, C.E.L.L want to blow up a hospital full of nuns and orphans to find some crashed alien super-laser embedded beneath, but the marines must defend the hospital of nuns and orphans.

If humans were born for war, then why are we physically weak when compared to most (if not all) animals of equal size? Our brains are better developed for a reason. Only the insane humans have a drive for war.

That's a good theory. Maybe something like District 9 will happen where he was mix of human and alien?

I think that it is basically the marines are trying to kill all the aliens and destroy them, but CryNet is seeking to use the aliens for profit and research, and in effect there probably is a little conflict, and about the character you play I thought I heard something about him stealing the new suit so CryNet wants him dead... But I can't back that up I just thought I heard that somewhere
