its a bit of a pointless argument. its all down to different tastes and opinions i suppose. anyway im happy with the way fallout is going. Bethesda has the rights to the fallout series and for me thats great news. If you dont like bethesda's style of fallout then you dont like fallout. simple. Maybe you should go play a different game? theres other RPG's out there

I like your logic, if someone walked up to your very favorite object and smashed it with a hammer, would you be unhappy? What if there response was "If you dont like it smashed, than go find something else, it is better this way."

Back to the subject of bears.
Yao-Guai are mutated black bears. Black Bears do not live in the Mojave desert but they do live relatively close to the DC area. The heat and sun of the Mojave desert in Nevada may be to hot for bears.

To the subject of two-headed bears. There is actually no reason to believe they really exist. The NCR flag is almost exactly the same as the real flag for the state of California. They simply added a head to the bear and the word "new" The two headed bear may simply be a nodded to Brahmin or to symbolize the radiation from the war.
