There are - and they are living with the male giants. They are harder to notice as giants because they have longer hair, four legs, snout and are called as "mammoths".

Seriously giants are probably leftover from ancient times and their females are gone. I believe it's same kind of issue as Ents are in the Middle-Earth.

I have to agree with you there.
I believe they put giants in to add to the atmosphere of the creatures of the game but didn't want to spend too much company time and budget on making new models for female giants and youngling giants and constructing homes for them and all that. They probably could have elaborated quite a bit with giants, as they have their own language (Giantish was a language you could learn in TESII Daggerfall). But Bethesda was on a time budget and giants were probably the least of their concerns.

The female giants hide under all that Mammoth fur. If you look close you can sometimes see them peeping out.

Can't be that hard to take a Nord female model and stretch/resize it and make it hairy and hit it,
with the same ulgy stick they used on the male gaints. then we they could just sit near the camp fires
where the mammoths/ Male Gaints are alway found, well at least most of them are found near a large fire Teepee
looking thing next to a cliff face.
