Well, after your total loss of memory in childhood in every game I narrowed it down to one possibility.


You were celebrating your 18th birthday, you got super drunk, did things you shouldn't have, forgot your entire existence, and woke up in jail becoming the one chosen to save the world *again*

Did I forget? or maybe I just dont want to remember.

I "supposedly" killed a imperial on his horse and took his stuff. They just grab the first dunmer they found with imperial armor and put him in jail......racists <_<

I tried to eat the soul of some poor elf the way I could eat dragon souls. Didn't work out so well.

I got drunk and tried to get the Imperial Watch "key"....if ya know what I mean.

I am a peasant who lived a simple life in a mountainous village, my village is attacked by a dragon which massacres all of the villagers while i survive. With no family i become a wanderer who wants revenge upon dragons. I visit the church of the nine and begin attacking the shrine of akatosh. I am thrown into jail for it until...

I killed the last person who made this thread.

In Oblivion I assumed my character was some sort of magician who made all the children vanish by accident. He eventually owned up from guilt and got chucked in jail. He didn't get life though because the children where perfectly
safe within the realms of Toddtest. The guards just didn't simply have the means to retrieve them.

I'm not doing a new one until I can play Skyrim and use an immersion breaking flaw as my basis for a similar sarcastic story.



Nope, I'm certain I got the last strike in.

My character was hired by a blacksmith to protect him from assassins. As he enters the shop to start his first day, he sees the Blacksmith lying on the floor, dead. He pulls out his sword to protect himself from other assassins, and one comes out to attack him. He slashes his arm and the assassin rushes out the back door. A child servant comes downstairs and sees my sword, bloodied. He screams and the guard comes in to see what happened. I'm taken to jail for murder. I'm assumed guilty

Dialogue of my Character Luana's situation (Female, Dark Elf, Thief): You see, it wasn't my fault. I was merely in the wrong place at the wrong time with the wrong goods... that weren't mine. Oh, but I was going to return them. *laugh* But, you wouldn't tell on me now, would you? *slapped in cuffs* How rude, being so rough with a lady. Once I get out of here, you'll be... - What... execution...? But I... I only stole, I swear, that's all that I had on me! The ring... oh... that ring. Well, it's a family heirloom... of Arkay. No, you can't take that away from me, I've had it for so long!

My Character Aldorath (Male, Dark Elf, Former Arch Mage): That ******* ***** ************* ***** ****** ********* of a ***** ************ ****** drained all of my Magicka! It isn't my fault they turned up dead. Froze me, in some kind of stasis, feeding off of my magic for nearly TWO HUNDRED YEARS while I sat there frozen in time. How can you POSSIBLY blame me for what happened, I'M THE VICTIM!! That leech DESERVED TO DIE!! I WAS THE FORMER ARCH-MAGE YOU- *knocked out cold*

My others are going to be the descendants of my other characters, those are the only two I could reasonably keep alive, Aldorath had a truck-load of magical training in Restoration and Luana's sneaky and vain enough to steal a Ring of Arkay that'd keep her alive and young for Akatosh-Knows-How-Long. Those two also aren't going to be doing the main quest. :shrug:

I'm planning to have an Imperial Man or a Nord Man be my Dovahkiin, but I don't know which. I want to actually "connect" with the main quest this time instead of running through it laughing with a "Who cares?!" attitude and then running off to roleplay. I want him to have a deep and intriguing back-story.

Im in jail becuse I like to burn things. First, it was a small stick. Then I burn dow all then houses in my town :flamethrower:

No but seriuosly, I think my character wont remember his past so good. Or maybe he was born in jail?

It doesn't matter why I was in jail, what matters is that during the attack on the town by a dragon, the jail was busted open and I saved the town in my first contact with a dragon! (That would be such an awesome opening, and such an awesome way to find out you are the dragon born!)

I gave children candy...

Well, funny story.

I was pulling a prank for Sheogorath involving a Book of Summoning, a Ballon Sheepdog, and a staff that turns people into Sheep. I was gonna turn them back after the sheepdog had chased then round the mountain a few times. I ran them back to the village, when the commotion caught the eyes of a passing dragon...

When the Guards found me two hours later knocked out holding a staff and a summoning book around the ashes of the village muttering about how the Dragon ruined everything, they immediatly jumped to conclusions.

was testing my bow strings, but darn cold.. and my fingers slipped and arrow went flying and ended up some fellas [censored]..
of course at first I had to resist the arrest and jump parkour style around the rooftops which of course did not end very well ...
