Why can't Bethesda bust those misleading youtubers on youtub

there are just too many fake fallout 4 trailers out there...I mean, it is not only misleading, but isnt it against the copyright to post stuffs like that?

If Bethesda wanted to, they could go after ANY YouTube video that features gameplay footage, music, etc from their games -- but I don't think that's something they're generally interested in doing. The fake trailers may be misleading, but they are also fan tributes, and there are more important things to do than to hunt fake Fallout/Elder Scrolls trailers on YouTube.

And I don't think this thread needs to go any further.
