Why can't I play DLC on other profiles?

I have more than one profile. I don't like having a crapton of profiles on one gamertag because it just creates clutter and after time, causes issues(which is why New Vegas capped consoles to 100 saves.) I have two offline-only profiles(I will never give them Xbox LIVE), Delta Two Four and Leftenant Price. They are capable of playing DLCs that my main account has for other games such as Call of Duty and Fallout:New Vegas. Yet they can't play the DLCs on this game? What is up with that? I really missed Maryland and was hoping to go back for another visit...

Do you mean more than one game, instead of profile? One profile = one gamertag.

I think I know what you are talking about. Recently, when Live updated their dashboard system, all of my DLC for BOTH Oblivion and FO3 became inaccessible, as in not there. And yet, when I navigate to the system, they are there...... So I reinstalled the DLC, and it seems like the new Dashboard just wanted me to "re-point" to the DLC. Make sense? I reinstalled, without deleting (reinstalled right over the previous installment) and when back to my games, and all my stuff was there, in both games. And I haven't had a problem since.

I am not connected to Live, but I check in for updates.

DLC SUX. Don't waste caps on that. If U can't own it then don't buy it.

Technically you generally don't own the game either, don't believe me? check the EULA next time you install a game you "bought"
