I have tried with all types of Soul Gems, with Grand Souls, but none of the Dragon Armor even appears in the items-to-be-charged menu.

I have gone to Aurelinwae in Mystic Emporium, as well as Martina Floria in Chironasium. When I select Recharge from their options, the Dragon Armor does not appear.

Is there another person that is able to Recharge Imperial Dragon Armor specifically? Or perhaps another method?

Or have I encountered some type of glitch?

Armor doesn't require recharging.

The reason the armor does not appear in any recharging menu is because one does not recharge armor. One only recharges enchanted weapons (including staves).

Do you by chance mean repairing the armor? Any smith can repair it for you. Since it is enchanted, you will need an amorer skill of at least 50 to repair it yourself with a repair hammer.

Ah, well I do feel silly now. Lol

Thank you very much. I haven't really used enchanted armor in quite some time. I forgot that I couldn't Repair it myself without the appropriate Skill level.
