Why cant I play the game? : Crysis

Okay so Origin says I can play the game on 20 February 15:01. But it is 20 February 15:05 here and I still cant play the game! How do I fix this?

Okay I restarted the PC that fixed my problem, but now I have another problem

Origin says that the game couldn't be activated? What does that mean?
