WHY do u care about what others say about Brink?

There is a difference between a casual player, a troll who goes onto a a game's forum to flame a game, a Game Informer employee, and myself.

As I stated, I (as in myself personally) normally agree with Game Informer review because the things that they express they did not like with a game I find myself not liking in a game. Keep in mind, once again, that that is a personal choice that I make.

A guy who says that he got the game early (with no evidence mind you) and does nothing but say the game is a turd and his reasoning is "this game svcks do not buy" then I cannot take his "review" seriously because he hasn't told me why it is. A reviewer, of many sites and magazines, well give you a page of what he liked and did not like.

Then there is me. I have bought games that I in fact liked more then any review told me I would. This has not been the case all the time though. Many people like Bayonetta, as an example, but I do not even though it has a more than average review from places. It's not my bag.

The real moral is the only way that you will ever know if you truly like or dislike a game is to play it yourself and decide if you like it. I like, trust, and normally agree with Game Informer magazine and if they gave it a 1.0 out of 10 and gave me very good reasons and after more research decided the game was a turd, which I doubt it will be, then it may change my mind.

Oh men, this is one of the few times i didn't hit "search",sorry about that.

I'll read it then and thanks m8.

No problem, there is nothing wrong with individual expression. There will always be similarities between those that feel a same kind of attachment towards something the same.

I rather enjoy reading those that share the same tastes I have, I get to see the "differences" in reason's as to why you like it. So please by all mean's "NO SEARCH BAR"

The more great comment's on this community the better for SD and mind set for the developer's as they browse through. And that's what we want!

This.

I agree. Actually, I do appreciate these these kind of reviewer's and I'll say the reason why.

They help filter out those whom listen without reason- those fast paced, non tactic player's I really do not want to play against these kind of ppl in this game. Though they will help in sales :)
But, I really would rather avoid dealing with the hate mail/ cursing/ screaming in my headphones that comes with these kind of ppl.

So cheer's to these kind of reviews that put off those kind of player's.

For me, its not that I care what other people's opinions are on a game, I just like hearing what people have to say and being able to talk about in a respectful way.

This for sure,no doubt.Exactly what i'm saying, hearing others opinion give more info into it,discussing it also.Further more when we start raging (on anything) there is no productivity of any kind.

Agree with you 100%. Just because two people disagree about something does NOT mean the dialogue has to turn into a shouting match of epically stupid proportions.

Sadly this is exactly what i expected,a minority of guys raging/flaming/trolling without any purpose to discuss anything, this ofc why it is said http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Troll_%28Internet%29.

The logical/common sense way would be to even if we have negative things to say about any game, not just this one,to critisise with respect for someone's effort on the development of the game.

On the other hand nowdays Voltaire's quote "common sense is not so common" feels more & more appropiate.

When i say minority that is trolling i don't mean the likes of IGN,i mean the casual players that come up out of nowhere in forums (and i have played many other FPS's & was participating actively in forums also) just to start a kind of war.
Again,on the other hand i don't understand why there is also a minority the feel oblegated to answer/feed these trolls, you know the outcome if you answer.
The most positive of all that i see in here, right now though,is the Admins,i've never seen so active Admins in other forums,Thank goodness for that at least.

Still i'd prefer to lay low on this.I'll return to forums after some time, for now "To argue with a person who has renounced the use of reason is like administering medicine to the dead."~Thomas Paine~

This is an appeal to reason, nothing else. You can check my content before answering with immaturity & reason.
