Why does Fallout 3 keep stop working when I start a New Game

Hi. I just installed Fallout 3 on my laptop, and I'm trying to start a new game. However, every time I press New Game on the main menu, the program will shutdown and stop working? My laptop has a Windows 7 OS. I checked on canyourunit.com and says that I can't run Fallout 3, however, I look at the recommended specs and this is what it reads:
CPU
Recommended: Intel Core 2 Duo processor
You Have: Intel® Core™ i7 CPU L 620 @ 2.00GHz (Pass)
RAM
Recommended: 2 GB System RAM
You Have: 2.9 GB (Pass)

OS
Recommended: Windows XP/Vista
You Have: Microsoft Windows 7 Enterprise Edition (build 7600), 32-bit
Unfortunately Windows 7 was not available when this product was released, so it is not OFFICIALLY supported. In some cases if the product runs on Windows Vista, it may also run on Windows 7. Please review the publisher’s website for more information.

Video Card
Recommended: Direct X 9.0c compliant video card with 512MB RAM (NVIDIA 8800 series, ATI 3800 series)
You Have: Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator HD (Core i7)
(It says my video card isn't supported but I look at the features...)
Features: Recommended attributes of your Video Card
Required You Have
Video RAM 512 MB 1.3 GB
3D Yes Yes
Hardware T&L Yes Yes
Pixel Shader version 3.0 4.0
Vertex Shader version 3.0 4.0
(I don't get it? Why does it say my Video Card fails but I meet all the recommended features?)
As for the Sound Card, I pass it.

Can someone please help me?
Thanks :)

As per that report, you can't replace a real video card with a useless Intel video chip. Sorry.

Aside from being incredibly weak, Intel Integrated Graphic Chipsets tend to cut corners on shaders and required features that will not fool the game. These chipsets are not designed for gaming, but rather internet surfing and basic usage. They're all too common with notebooks and dirt cheap off-the-shelf PCs.
