Elder Scrolls games always have weather, why not Fallout? Does everybody at Bethesda think it doesn't rain in the future or nuclear war will kill rain or something?

Ever here the phrase "Nuclear Winter". There is a SWAG that there would be somewhere around a three to eight degree celsius temperature drop that would last three to ten years.

I was very impressed by the different array of atmosphere in the different areas of the game. Won't all be the same bleak wasteland everywhere and each area will have its own feel to it.
