I've been seeing something odd happening with my frost / fire spell. It causes weaker emenies to fall over(or faint) as if their fatigue is completely gone, which is odd, because neither of them alone have the same effect, on the same emenies. What could be causing this is happen?

You wouldn't happen to have any mods going with this, would you? If not, then I'm not sure. If this effect (fire + frost = a chance of temporary paralyzation) is in the vanilla game, I'd like to have a go of it.

No mods. I play on Xbox, so I wouldnt be tempted by mods.
