I have like..20 games installed on my HDD. It never gets moved, it's internal. Steam, however, if I'm inactive in a game for a certain amount of time, when I open it again, acts like I've never played it, prompting packet downloads and other nonsense like I'm downloading Direct X for the first time. It does this with almost every game if I don't play it for over a month. Why is this? The games are INSTALLED already, it just acts like I've never opened or hit Play yet. It's really irritating
