kill me, yet putting half a clip into an enemies head just makes them notice me, turn around and drop me in armour mode in two arm hits?

im having simular problems. im getting killed with one shot in the foot or legs with scar weapons while im using half a mag of ammo one the guy and he isnt using armor mode. oh and im encountering players that are using some kind of hacks for faster movment and seem to be able to shoot threw stone and metal walls. another thing, im also encountering players that seem to know where is am without them using maximum radar right as i respawn and its the same players that seem to know.

they know the spawning positions maybe :s i havent had that last one but all the other problems i have met before. Maybe it is because the server lags i think sometimes. but it still makes it rediculous that u shoot 2 dozens of good aiming bullets at some1's head, he survives and kills u with some unrealistic placed bullet :S
