That's the weapon life bar I think. What UI you're using?

Darnified UI has a weapon health meter, but for me it is not positioned in that area.

Thats someone esles, it has a burgandy menu, it looks really good and I want it.

That is either Darnified or Dark UI.

You can add custom bars that track anything you want them to, with this mod:

Dark UI does not add an extra bar, and I do not think that is a health bar. There are mods that add extra skills and extend the HUD and whatnot through OBSE. I cannot come up with any names though. You may be able to find out by asking in the OBSE thread. That could also use functionality extended with Pluggy or QQuix as well.

Edit: Kuertee's http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=22272 has that kind of functionality, but I really cannot identify the mod you are looking for with that picture. I do not use any of those fancy HUD mods, just Dark UI and Immersive Interface here...

Edit: That certainly looks like Dark UI's skin, but the mods that added the HUD extension is not the doing of pure Dark UI.

That is the mod I first thought of when I saw the image, but I do not use it...That mod requires OBSE and Pluggy, which is why I mentioned them earlier...

This Charater is still alive and Kicking...Seams that is what you get when you spend 2 months in Jail For Murders that were not your fault. and having a thirst hunger sleep mod going...lol Downing every health potion and water Life was returned!

Edit : Deadly Reflex. Only 2 Doing the Arena. My pick of the Second one doesent show Him....Yes got the Second in the last fight!
