Why i dont worry about anything

Post » Sat Feb 19, 2011 7:09 am

Obviously i worry about more wordly things, but with this game i do not worry. Why well because it's a new engine and will most likely support DX11 (which i doubt it will because of said statements).

And there is mod tools

So i'll get my spears sooner or later and everything else so it's all good. :)

mods have never been a savior I play vanilla and they are still awesome
bethesda makes awesome games so I am not worried, and they learn every time and make a little bit better each time (IMO)

Whaddya mean "feeling?" That's just The Bethesda Way? in action- shove it out the door and let the modders finish it up.

Anyway, yeah, that's the big thing that makes me wonder why anyone gets an Elder Scrolls game on a console. Mods add SO MUCH that it's not even funny.

In all honesty, I'm not worried about anything even without the consideration of mods. Every bit of news that has come out has just reassured me that much more that Bethesda knows what they're doing and that Skyrim is going to be a masterpiece just like the games that came before it. I can't wait.

I just wish Bethesda did not rely on modders so much, because I think they do. I'm sure they think "Oh man, we've had a bunch of fans asking for ____ and _____ and ____. Oh, we're too busy with dragons, mods'll take care of it.

So, I guess we should be happy to be given the Construction Set (or Creation Kit) but at the same time, Bethesda should thank all the modders that use that tool to improve their game and increase it's longevity.
