This is why the game can't be played in ANY resolutions on a 21:9 display : First, you know that, the game don't support this 21:9 resolutions, BUT the game are not able to launch in fullscreen when i'm in 16:9 resolution. So, when i'am in window mode (horrible to play with deskop behind the game...) my vsync is disabled.
BUT, when my vsync is disabled, the game gain an anormal speed bug in some situation.
Like lock-picking (insta break lock pick) and others "menus".
So, 16:9 is unplayble on my setup.
Second solution, i tweak the .ini to launch the game in 21:9. But i have same or others issues. Massive Stuttering in Fullscreen mode (with 60 fps you feel like you get only 20 fps ! Unplayble !) or i choose window borderless mode => Anormal speed leads to: no acces to half of the game mechanics.
Bonus, my HUD is totally stretch in this resolution.
With this issues, my game is perfectly unplayable, or so annoying play that I don't even want to launch him.
I have many others issues to report but i'm so poor in english, i don't know how to explain it.
So, to summary my main issues that i want to be fix to be able to play :
1) Fix massive stuttering in Fullscreen mode.
2) Anormal speed with no vsync.
3) Proper resolutions support. We are in 2015, not at the prehistory.
For now, this is my last order from bethesda. So disappointed. If i could refund my game, i will do it immediatly.
But, i can't. Because my cdkey came from amazon and is on my steam account now.
I'm a fan of Fallout series, but this time, bethesda really made an AMATEURISH work. like developed by childrens.
