In FO3 and NV, I've always played a stealth character and that playstyle has always served its purpose without problems. I'm now playing the NV ultimate edition, I'm currently on Old World Blues, and it seems like no matter what I do. I can't remain stealthy. My sneak skill is at 100, I have perks like silent running, and broad daylight, I always wear Chinese stealth armor or any other type of light armor, I make sure never to have my pip boy light on, and I used silenced weapons almost exclusively. Even with all of that, enemies are constantly seeing me from extreme distances that I would previously never have been seen at, there were even times where enemies see me when I'm not even in their line of sight yet! And I'm a very careful player, I always go prone when I need to and it's always worked in the past. What could I be doing wrong?
