Because game is trying to load something which isn't included in PC version.

windows 7 64-bit
amd phenom II 955 quad core
nvidia 980 chipset
nvidia GTX480 x2 (SLI disabled in control panel due to bad nanovision color flickering)
4gb OCZ reaper ddr3 1600
