Well I finished "Diplomatic Immunity" & Delphine DID NOT give me the quest for "A Cornered Rat" which i need to get the rest of the story line going. ANY HELP? ANY UPDATES TO FIX THIS? I've heard a LOT of people are having this problem!

Get your stuff out of the chest in her room. I think that's where you're at.

Nope, your first answer is correct I believe. I just did Diplomatic Immunity and had to haul ass to Delphine in Riverwood. And get my stuff. Then talk to her, where you get a convo option about Esbern. Assuming you picked up that info during the embassy brouhaha.

I really liked Diplomatic Immunity - very well done quest.

well I completed the quest and i remember her saying something about having to go to riften and find somebody, but the quest didn't actually appear in my quest log, ive used every dialogue option she has, ive talked to Brynjoff, Velek or w.e his name is, ive completed ALL of the thieves guild stuff!

Myabe because ive already been to sky haven temple? Ive already completed thieves guild? im lvl 49 and this quest just isnt there for me! UPDATE WITH A FIX PLEASE!
