Why May?

Does anyone else think the case of GamersVoice v. Activision has anything to do with this? Is SD scared to put out an "incomplete product"? I'm personally not bothered by the wait. So long as the game comes out in a enjoyable condition.

Thoughts?

Honestly, I'm not sure what you mean.If you saw release dates indicating it would be earlier, keep in mind that sites put up placeholder dates. We've been sticking with Spring 2011 for quite some time now.
