Because they are noobs. It's simple as that.

If you plays better than him, you will be a cheater, if you are worst than him, you are a noob.

You can always record footage of you playing in matches. Then, whenever people accuse you of cheating, just upload the video of you killing them onto YouTube and that should settle it.

This whole situation with "youre a cheater!!" would never come if the game was coded properly and there would be decent anti cheat system.

Im trully sorry for you. You suffer because of few guys who are actually using cheats like unlimited cloak/armor/wallhack etc. and average player cant really recognize are you really using cheats or are you really good with your skills.

Crytek - I hope you reading this: This topic is the proof how legal (fair) gamers suffer because of bad anti cheat system... or should we say: lack of it.

Someone who is quick to call cheater, even on people who aren't, just because someone is better than them, will always do it. It doesn't matter how well the anti cheat system in a game works.

Because at least one game in existence has cheaters, means ALL games are a chance for someone to blame lack of skill on someone cheating, rather than themselves. This is how multiplayer gaming has been since the beginning. This has nothing to do with how well a game was coded. I doubt Arturrok even really knows what he's talking about.

Good players have always had to deal with false accusations. Just take it as a compliment. It means that you play so well, that the average player cannot distinguish you from a cheater.

You said that:Good players have always had to deal with false accusations. Just take it as a compliment. It means that you play so well, that the average player cannot distinguish you from a cheater.
and I ment this when I wrote that if there would be a better anti-cheat system the average guy wouldnt be so confused - should he vote to kick this guy because he hacked the game or not?

This has nothing to do with how well a game was coded. I doubt Arturrok even really knows what he's talking about.

Read yourself twice please. If you dont agree that the whole game is coded badly - then OK, I should write that I mean the anti-cheat system builtin the game. You need to distinguish that there are players who knows what is anti-cheat system and there are those how dont even know that something like that exist.

So if the game (or just anti-cheat system) was coded properly the average player wouldnt be so confused with "does he got just killed by a hacker/cheater or was he killed by a better player".

As for me: game which is coded properly is that kind of game which have a decent anti-cheat system builtin. If it doesnt have such thing then it will turn into a crap in few months.

and cause these noobs i dont think the vote-kick option is a good solution. later you get kicked many times for nothing. i know it from c&c renegade, one player i didnt think he could cheat is banned cause some damage values were higher then standard. so if there are programs checking your values, then sure there is a possibility to check your movements and calculate the drain of your suits with consideration your using modules. i cant recognize all cheats, and if i see kill-cams, i the most time killed on believable battles. but if i see im cloaked far away and get headshot or see he killed before another one, shooting while still cloak, flying,... then i neednt tell anything. i dont know much about anti cehat systems, but i know it form renegade, then why not create for crysis such one?

@ OP. I feel your pain. Just laugh it off. It has happened to me many times as well. Got vote kicked just yesterday, laughed it off, joined back immediately, then returned the favor. I was surprised enough people even knew how to vote. Of course, then some bone-head was shooting while cloaked later on that day and couldn't get enough people to vote him off. So we just left. Thanks Crytek, you're doing a fine job at doing nothing. Can't wait for Crysis 3 on the Android or iPhone platform.

I agree, some aspects of the game were not tested well (How can so many of these UI/menu and save bugs exist, its almost like no one even tried to use them before launch). But while playing the game itself, its fairly solid in my book.

The only thing that is really apparent with C2, is that it was rushed. I guess I'm just saying "Coded properly" is a bit general, and should probably be more like "Poorly tested feature X" or "Not tested at all." There are a lot of features that are "Coded properly." So its a bit unfair to lump the entire game and all of its systems into a single category.

Which obviously the anti-cheat system falls under the "Poorly tested/Not tested" category :)

That wont work because cheats have screenshot protection where they will look normal when captured.

You're are names as cheater as the result of lumpy game of Crytek produced. Who bought this game all victims, no matter named as cheater or beat all the time by cheaters. There're cheaters very obvious, and I'm sure there're not so obvious. They must be switching on and off cheat features often to be less obvious. Players can't tell, when these suspicious clouded . All legit players suffer and become victims.

TBH if you're too good you shouldn't even be playing with noobs, vs someone of your own skill

The problem is the online community svcks mentally........

Back in the days you could read ingame messages like "Good job, etc.". You really had fun with people from all over the world.

Today with this whole overrated (and for me rather childish) Pro/7331/Overskiller-mentality gaming is more a singleminded rage fest than an actual community event, where people come together to have fun. Of course it is about the challenge player-vs-player, but people take it way to serious these days. Back then when I started online multiplayer with Unreal Tournament or later in team-oriented games like Joint Operations and whatnot there was never this much craptalking in the ingame chat (people were rather encouraging others, which was a great experience), the forums were constructive and not filled with sarcastic negativity and cheating was never THAT much of a problem as it is today. But then again this was when the PC was a real supported online plattform.

Online gaming has become a pure "show off fest" where cheating a sort-of must. The community always bashes developers for their games short comings. I feel the community is also not what it was anymore. But maybe I'm just too old for this stuff.
