I wanted to post a link to my Fallout 3 video but I cannot post links. Is it because I am a Newbie here? What's the reason?

You don't have enough posts to do links. I don't know how posts you need though.

Anyone out there know how many posts you need to have before you can do links? Also, can you embed video in your posts or do you just have to put in a link?

If you report the post that was intended to have the link, and include the link in the report, a mod can put it in.

Also, if you have questions about forum rules or policy it's best to PM one of us rather than starting a off topic thread.
