(i dont know if this is you problems) but Thats happend to me once,, just lvl up the skills and it will back to the normal,, its a bug ..

Its a database error and rare bug in skill XP. I was able to replicate it once using the AdvSkill console command. To correct it, you need to level the skill up by one point naturaly or by means of the console.

I bet those are hard to light!
