I doubt EA is on any one companies side.

so far ea has been putting out a lot of extras for the ps3, but leaves microsoft in the dust.

It all depends on which console sugar daddy gives EA some money for that game. EA won't be on any particular consoles 'side' because they honestly won't care about a platform beyond 'profitable'.

it is unfair because im all about try before you buy as well when im uncertain of the quality of a game.

They shouldn't have even made a demo for xbox 360. Everyone just mods their xbox and downloads the game of the internet. The real money Crytek will be making is from the ps3 users so why not include a demo for them?

For the people who blame ea, EA IS ON SONY'S SIDE RIGHT NOW, while CRYTEK on the other hand IS MAKING AN EXCLUSIVE for the XBOX 360.

We need that they demo as soon as possible before leaving the game, there is barely two months and no news on the PS3 demo there, which have been abandoned by its PS3 console and it is a pity crytek

they should have really released the demo on all platforms, or only on pc so the original fans wont complain like they did lol

I really hope they release a demo for ps3. As research shows, 77% of gamers wouldn't buy a game if there was no demo, so Crytek are just shooting themselves in the foot. They say mods and staff patrol these threads, so why no word? The lack of communication is becoming really frustrating and I might as a result cancel my pre order.

Why no PS3 demo ?? that is not fair to have xbox360 and pc demo but no PS3 demo !!!!!

It's the developers and the publisher who wants to sell ther product.

I doubt that they don't care. They really want your money on this product, so they do care. However, I truly believe the product is a complete mess, so since they really want your money, they won't show you the product until you give them money and buy the product. Or they'll wait to show to the product in a more presentable state.

But I seriously can't wait for a face-off between the two console versions. Let's see if CryTek is as good as their word!

I sure do hope so cause some people will not buy the game because of not having a demo but im sticking with my pre-order because im sure crytek will have a cod killer here, Also the SP looks very nice to.

It wont be "biblical" @ Kenix... i would really wonder if it will differ at all from the xbox 360 version. ( because its has been said.. they will be similiar)
The only platform which will show us a big difference will be the Pc .. that has been confirmed and was obvious all the time.

The problem that causes all your rediculous expectations is that many of you guys just overestimate the ps3 hardware big time.
No i dont want a discussion about the cells capabillities @ thatsonyguy, we talked about that one earlier and we will never agree to each other on that one.

The problem is: if you are a true believer that the ps3s power is unlimited then you will never accept that if Crysis 2 doesnt look as good as in your dreams you will blame the "missing optimization" for the ps3. Because this holy piece of technology cant be the reason for the game to look not like you want it to be. Im very sorry but thats the way i think its going to be.

Judging from what Guerilla Games has achieved with killzone 2 and what we're seeing about killzone 3, and the fact that Crytek has promised Crysis 2 on the ps3 will be at least the 3rd most beautiful game on the platform, of course the hype is crazily high lol But nobody that has a brain would think that ps3 can still compete with the current gen of pc and noone is saying that.We are just happy with what we have.

Well from what ive seen from just 1 video of the ps3 i'm very impressed although it was just a graphical demo with no enemys or anything the graphics looked amazing

xbox is better online, deal with it.
