Maybe in future we will get servers on next project

Sony first party titles and some 3rd party games had/have dedicated servers and also PS3's as dedicated game servers.

Resistance1/2 and 3 will have Sony dedicated servers. Killzone 2 and 3 will have dedicated servers.

BFBC2 on PS3 had dedicated servers and is way better for gaming than COD's P2P system which following Blops just doesn't work at all well.

Warhawk had a mixture in so far as the devs had a rather large bank of PS3's that acted as game servers. There is a trophy on Warhawk for running your PS3 as a game server for 4 hours no stop, its a gold by the way. Ties up your PS3 though!

I just wish more games on consoles where dedicated servers removes a hell of a lot of issues with Hosts leaving, bad lag and those WTF moments, or is that just Blops!!

if im honest, the wtf moments are mainly from all cod games except cod2, that was pretty good!

host leaving and lag though are because of p2p n yes i wish many more games would use servers, i didnt know with warhawk you could run your ps3 as a server, that is pretty cool but only good if you have a decent connection =\

bfbc2 by far for me has had the best connection with modern games on console
