From what i remember from oblivion skooma was the ultimate hulk out drug. I remember drinking 5-6 bottles at a time and just running around hitting guards, and fleeing. I didnt even notice what skooma did in skyrim until about 2 hours ago when i seen it only restores 25 stamina.
Iv only seen 1 skooma addict in the game , and i have to wonder why they dont try strong stamina potions..

Damage Intelligence 2 points
Drain Agility 60 points for 20 seconds
Fortify Speed and Strength 60 points for 20 seconds

These are the stats from skyrim

Restore Stamina 25 points

Dragonborn have huge amounts of tolerance. Dragon soul and all that.

I ingested massive amounts of wine and ale in expectancy of (at the very least) a blurred screen. I was disappointed but still <3Skyrim.

WHat is that sap some shady guy sold me? I needed it in a dragon fight because I was nearly dead.. and WHAM trippin baseballs I was. The colors were wonderfull.

No longer is it a unique narcotic.. its just a bog standing restore stamina potion. Perhaps Beth were scared of soccer moms complaining about drug use in the game?

I think this is the only thing that is severely nerfed sense oblivion.. excluding spells that wernt added to the game...

how should Skooma effect you in Skyrim? There arent any Attributes which could be damaged
