Why do snipers have no cross hairs??

I dont get why snipers cant have cross hairs?

I don't see why either
The reasoning, I think, behind it, is because you should be using your scope and not hip firing

Good point but still u cant realy no scope some1 when they're near u and most side arms cant defeat a scar,scarab,jackal ect.
