i5 @ 4.2 ghz
8 gig of RAM
4 gigs of VRAM
SSD
This should easily run it flawlessly yet I keep getting a lot of micro-stuttering when running around.
The only mods I'm using really are SkyRe, CoT, and the unofficial patches
