why teleportation spells are important with static enemies

Now I am a Morrowind lover, so thisi s where my opinion stems from.

Skyrim is doing alot more right then oblivion, including adding in static enemies that mean you must level up in order to reach certain parts of the game. However there is a problem with this....I can spend 20 mins fighting my way through a hard dungeon, only to then not be able to defeat the final boss....fair enough this is good....but here the problem.

In Morrowind I would whip out a teleportation spell and come back later, in Skyrim I have to very annoyingly backtrack all the way to the entrance, since i get to the 'shortcut route' as its beyond the boss. If you are putting in staticc, boss enemies, you have ot give the player a way to leave again without doing all the boring backtracking.

Has anyone else felt like this? Gotten to a place you cant beat, then was stuck between constantly reloading or maknig the long trek back they way you came?
