The bushes, grass n such flicker when I turn (highly noticeable when I turn more slowly). I basically have to turn the sharpness on my TV down to 35 to make it completely stop flickering, and at that point the game/textures are unbearably blurry. I also have a setting on my Sony TV called Resolution under the Reality Creation section. In every other game, it sharpens edges and makes the textures look clear, but when I have it enabled in Fallout 4, it causes the bushes to flicker BIG TIME. More so than the actual Sharpness setting. Without Resolution turned up, I get semi-blurry textures. Combine that with having my Sharpness turned almost all the way down, and it makes me feel like I need glasses on account of how blurry everything is.
I don't have this problem with literally any other game. I normally have my Sharpness set to 75, and my Resolution set to 30 (which is desperately needed with Xbox 360 games through Backwards compatibility), but I can't have that in Fallout 4 with how flickery the grass/bushes are.
