why the frame rate is only 25 on the ultra setting 1080p?

6950crossfire,i72600k,win764bit,8gb ram ddr3 1600mhz, z68 motherboard.
no overclocking.
I thought I can get over 100.

They told me I could get over 100 fps...

I told them the muzzle velocity of my revolver was higher.
