Why is the 1.9 Update Not On XBOX? : V

I want to get past 81 and do all that skill stuff and use legendary difficulty.

Because the patches have to be verified through Microsoft and Sony before they can be released.

I believe it's almost out of certification. It should be out by my guess, this upcoming week.

The patch really isn't that amazing TBH. Just more on the same with Legendary difficulty (enemies do more damage, you do less whoa totally innovative. granted this is a free patch), and I dunno about you gents, but none of my characters have ever reached level 81, soooo.
