Why is there no cold-breath effect?

It just bugs me that when you're outside in the fridged land of Skyrim that when your character breathes you can't see a bit of frosty breath coming out of him or the enemies. It just seems it would be natural. Can ya add it in later, perhaps?? :)

Devs barely add stuff like this after a game is made and I don't like this idea. Would be too distracting IMO.

I used to live in a very cold place (during winter) and most of the time you didn't see your breath, especially if you've been outside for a while. You could exhale really hard to see your breath again but normal breathing didn't produce visible breath.
