Erm, here's the thing.. You would only care if you were female or a male homosixual.. I don't know if you're either or just a guy.. But if you weren't either, why would you care?

I suppose it's mostly because the game was designed primarily with a straight male Chosen One in mind. (though it did have options for females, they were substantially less)
And I assume the lisbian six option was left in so that females could at least have the option to go for it.
That might be unfortunate or even a flow, but I hardly see the lack of male homosixual six as a substantial drawback - it's not a 'social simulation' or anything after all!

If the lack of male prosttutes is the issue... I'd just think that in such problematic societies as the ones shown in FO2 sixism would be a very common feature.
