WHY is this locked?

Do i have to do something to unlock this?
I am level 50, all other assessments unlocked or completed.

They do go up but they are not counted correctly. Got a funny feeling it's wins or MVP rather than times played.

Happened to me before, just with the challenge group. I'm afraid you have to reboot.
