Game programmers, and the people who decide these things, are rarely the same people. I personally haven't a clue as to why they wouldn't come out and tell the community what they are working on and why, its a mystery. It happens in all games, even though thats not an excuse. AoC had such horrible communication with its fanbase that, well, you would be playing your class, looking forward to a patch that would fix your classes bugs. Then when the patch arrived, well, you most likely wouldn't receive any fixes, but you did get nerfed, ontop. Again no information given prior.
I don't get why they don't tell us anything, but I hope its because A) they are too busy, B) they want to make sure their fixes work before saying they will implement them, C) they don't want to write small posts every damn day, but instead compile everything they want to say, into a larger post.
