I first started playing gamesas Games when I was given a copy of Oblivion GOTY, I quickly saw why it was named GOTY, even though it didn't really click for me. Hence I hardly played Oblivion. Then I got Fallout 3... I lost myself in the D. C. wasteland, I loved every minute. That is up until I got New Vegas. Then I saw the shortcomings of Fo3 and tried to lose myself in the Mohave Desert Wasteland... unfortunately for me I couldn't seem to play for as long as I wanted without getting a CTD... It was frustrating till I looked it up online and saw lots of people had similar problems and had fixes, so I modded and tweaked the hell out of it, till somehow I got it to work. Then I had to reinstall it for some reason I forget, then I lost all my tweaks, and to this day I still don't know how I got NV to work like I did. That I just figured was because of Obsidian being unfamiliar with the Gambryo engine, and the fact that the Gamebryo engine was in desperate need of an update. It was okay though, cause by that time I had purchased Skyrim, and I was hooked. Hooked enough to have logged 746 hours in the game across multiple saves. I only logged 448 hours in NV, I even had all the DLCs for Skyrim. Which brings me to my point, I was playing just yesterday, until I noticed something odd, the Forge at the Skaal village was'nt making any sounds, none of the tools there were, I checked it out and noticed I had no music either, and all my sound effects were gone ecxept for the voices. I looked online for fixes, (there aren't that many sadly) and tried every one of them, but still had missing sound effects. I cant figure it out because I had them up until yesterday. I also had the CTD thing around Silent Moons Camp, which I was never able to fix... So if I am going to get unfixable gamebreaking bugs with gamesas games, I just won't purchace another gamesas game.
