Why will you character be Arrested?

My character will be arrested; as he was ratted out by a friend that I joined the Dark brotherhood. :swear:

Mine will be in prison for an unspeakable act he performed with his girlfriend which has been banned in most provinces. A guard overheard him bragging about it to a friend in a local tavern.

My Argonian was found standing over his dead "owner". Whether he was actually arrested for the act, or simply detained for questioning will depend on how the game actually starts. I honestly don't know enough about what might have been happening for the last 200 years in Tamriel to make anything more complicated than that.

Hmmmm. Changed my mind. My character has been imprisoned for illegally entering Skyrim by disabling the borders in the PC version of Oblivion and then casually strolling into Skyrim like he owned the joint (but finding nothing of importance, as the developers didn't place anything past the borders for obvious reasons).
