Why would I buy DLC when the game is buggy?

Because it's a great game and it will become a lot better when the patch is released.

Dead Money had no bugs until I killed Elijiah. ( If I spelled it right ) I was exploring to see if I missed anything when I fell through the wall when I was walking around the rooftops, not really rooftops but those things you can walk around on that are above the ground. I fell straight under the map, reloaded and I was fine. I thought it was a pretty good DLC, but I am no fan of getting weapons removed, and I didn't like the cloud and the lack of supplies. It was really made it look like an apocolypse, and I think you really have to take your time, rushing through killed me before I got to the Gala Event.

Am I one of the few that never experienced any of these horrible bugs? The game hardly ever froze on me...

I had one bug in Dead Money and that was when talking to Elijiah in the vault it just skipped right through the last conversation!!! It did it in my second playthrough also.

Well the fact that so many people answered with really stupid responses tells me why FNV doesn't work. People keep buying the crap regardless of whether or not it works. Rampant fanboyism ftl.

I spy with my little eye... a troll.

I have had comparatively few issues with my game on an Xbox 360. The occasional freeze at a load screen. A couple of freezes on my first couple of approaches to Novac (and I mean my 'first' - before patches, just after launch). Occasional clipping issues. That's about it. I haven't had a single quest fail that didn't have something to do with my actions.

Obviously you either want to be talked into it, or you want to stir up controversy and create drama about it.

If you want to be talked into it, I say: "Get the DLC." Of course, I have absolutely no idea what kind of gaming you enjoy, so I could be completely wrong. But I still say: "Get it!"

If you're going the other way... well, congratulations! Mission accomplished.

I didn't find DM buggy at all, I didn't like it but it worked OK.

Dead money wasn`t too buggy for me but the storyline wasn`t so great. I liked the cosmic knives, though. Is it worth buying only for the cosmic knives? Probably not.
