As the title says: Raul suddenly has hair. I have no idea why, and it's really just a minor "issue," but it bothers me because I can't explain why in the hell Raul's hair would change from his complete bald look to the typical hair "style" that most ghouls have (barely any hair left).

Don't exactly expect answers for such a RANDOM issue, but figured it wouldn't hurt to ask. Anyone know what the cause could be? Any mods, bugs or other such glitches that trigger this?

EDIT: Also inb4 anol-retentive grammar nazis telling me my title is incorrect.
