When you start Skyrim, you'll find your character in a prison cell. How did he or she get there? GO!

The reason my character is in prison. The dark brotherhood was hired by a small isolated village of conspiracies, liers, crooks and the corrupt to kill my characters family and friends. Escaping the attack he swore revenge on the village and slaughtered them all, killing all but one fearful man. He left the man alive so he was able to go to the authorities, tell the story of what happended and get my character arrested. I am forever known as the man who is not to be [censored] with

My character is in jail because he accidentally freed the evil immortal children from another dimension and now they force people to act like there parents.

He was in mental asylum from High Rock but through many interesting journeys and sudden impulses has ended his butt in a Nordic execution. Nords aren't the people to feel sympathy for the insane, they just chop heads and be done with it.

He used his alchemical skills to create the worse smell ever. He called it 'peduran', because it sounds like it smells. T'was released upon many a village.
A facially disfigured do-gooder told the guards who the culprit was; now he's a prisoner.

You know, i thought about that..... What if you got captured because the area (don't know what to call it, Province?) you were in had a bad/falling government and they captured you and told the public they've captured a leader of some killing group... even though you weren't a leader of this group.... Then they attempted to assassinate you in front of the people but to make sure you don't tell everyone that they were lying they put a silencing charm on you.... Then upon your hanging maybe those dragon born giant people who you have to climb 7,000 steps to get to, yelled a dragon shout and the rope broke and you got away....

Like the area's government couldn't capture or stop the bad things happening to their area so they just made it look like they were doing something....

My character's reputation as a murderer preceded him into Skyrim. He was arrested for the twenty-year-past murder of his father and attempting incist with his mother. There's no truth to those claims (in fact, his father was killed just a couple months after my character was born), they're just the sort of rumours that always form around a guy walking around in a suit of armour with a huge freakin' sword on his back. But hey, fate had to find some way to get him into jail.

The sucessfull assassination attempt of the King of Skyrim landed me in here.
The only problem is the mudcrabs and slaughterfish betrayed me.
So I got caught, pretty soon I the Nightshade Killer will be back out again, and when I do I'll get my revenge!
